For check-in on Sunday or after 20:00, please go directly to the apartment. A mandatory EUR 20 check-in fee will apply for check-in at the apartment.
Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.
Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.
Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 16點51分大潭電廠六部機同時跳脫，跳脫原因為中油供氣突然中斷，瞬間少了約四百二十萬瓩，系統頻率瞬間降低，導致低頻電驛自動卸載，造成全台多處發生停電情形。台中五號機因此事故鍋爐飼水水位過低跳脫，影響供電供電能力約五十二萬瓩。目前系統緊急處理中，因為考量晚上用電尖峰，目前實施緊急分區輪流停電18點起實施三輪，每輪三百萬瓩，每輪五十分鐘。

根據台電表示，桃園大潭電廠因6部機組跳脫，供電容量瞬間減少約達400萬瓩，電力系統自動啟動低頻電驛的安全保護措施，造成下午近5點起全台陸續發生停電及交通號誌故障情形，高雄五福商圈、三多商圈，新興、鳳山、梓官、茄萣、三民、左營、鼓山、前鎮、楠梓等也出現停電，包含高雄市區中華路等多處路口號誌受影響不亮，相關單位已派員盡速修復，高雄市交通大隊已前往路口疏導交通。

嘉義市政府環境保護局今年暑假特別結合大潤發嘉義店辦理「節電小管家培訓營」，讓學童從小建立家庭節電之觀念，鼓勵學童與家長共同投入節電工作，藉此將愛惜能源的想法深植於學童心中，進而帶入家中，達到親子寓教於樂之目的。報名踴躍即額滿，共有9組隊伍，約30人參加，現場活潑有趣，家長及學童反應熱烈。
活動分為三部分，分別為「家的印象大考驗」、「節電小管家出動」、「用電量掐指一算」，首先報名階段已由各組收集家中之家電基本資料，包含數量、每日使用時數、消耗功率等，活動當天由家長帶領孩童於賣場尋找比舊家電更節能之家電(包含冷氣、冰箱、電視、洗衣機、電鍋、燈具等)，記錄其消耗功率。因應夏月電價分段，電力使用越多，一度電的價格越高，透過教導家長及學童計算家中的電費，藉此建立民眾珍惜能源之概念。完成活動學習單的組別，主辦單位頒發節電小管家徽章一枚及書包一個。
嘉義市政府環境保護局局長張志誠表示，老舊家電不僅耗電，亦有安全的疑慮，優先選擇節能家電，以花小錢省大錢的概念落實節能。而日常生活中也可以隨手做節能，每2週清洗冷氣濾網，養成隨手關閉電器電源，拔掉不使用的電器插頭的習慣。藉由培訓嘉義市節電小管家，期以將節約能源之概念，向下紮根至小學學童，共同落實永續環境。
